At Erickson Senior Living, we're seeking a talented Dining Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As a Dining Server, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy their meals in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, making them feel at home
  • Describe the day's menu and specials, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience
  • Deliver food promptly and ensure that diners are satisfied with their choices

Requirements:

  • Current high school student (if not a student, high school diploma or GED preferred)
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Serving experience preferred, but we will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
