Auto Body Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team at The Boyd Group. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and repair vehicle damage to restore it to its pre-accident condition
- Work with minimal supervision, using various tools and equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles
- Meet labor time guidelines and ensure all work is executed correctly through thorough inspections
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred
- Ability to read job orders, work independently, and use common sense in problem-solving
- Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections
- $25-$30 per hour flat rate compensation, commensurate with skill, education, and experience
