The estimated annual salary for this position is $94,401-$122,815, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description



As a Strategic Program Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and developing recommendations to improve public policy. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Developing and implementing policies to promote fair labor practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather input and feedback
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, economics, sociology)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., government, non-profit, private sector)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
