Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider Specialist to join our team. As an APP, you'll work autonomously in an outpatient setting, providing care without physician supervision. You'll conduct comprehensive or episodic health histories and physical assessments, treating adult patients with acute, chronic, and potential health problems.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited advanced practice program
  • Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
  • Current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
  • Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Total Rewards

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, life, disability, vision, FSA coverages, and a 401k savings plan.
