Job Summary

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Weekend Caregivers. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, transfers, medication management, and meal preparation.

About the Role

This part-time opportunity requires flexibility to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). We offer a range of schedules to suit your needs, including part-time and full-time positions. Our team provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
Work Environment

You will be working in a home-based environment, supporting clients in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to confidentiality, respect, and empathy when interacting with clients and their families.
