In this role, you'll be working with our team at the Littleton Office, providing high-quality care to Senior Health patients aged 65+ with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office, and occasional tele-health visits, while collaborating with colleagues through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with team members
  • Data-driven approach to patient outcomes
  • Board Certification

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $75/hour, with final determination based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Total compensation may also include additional pay and benefits.
