Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that customer-owned instruments are serviced with the highest level of craftsmanship
Maintain store-owned gear as requested, guaranteeing it is in pristine condition for customers to try out
Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Additional duties as assigned by management to ensure seamless operations within the store

Requirements:
A skilled understanding of repairing guitars is essential for this role, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

Benefits:
