Job Title: Delaware Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children in Delaware. As a Virtual SLP, you will work with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and offer personalized therapy sessions that address each student's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, developing IEPs to support student progress.
  • Deliver direct therapy services, track student outcomes, and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create effective communication solutions.
  • Perform screenings, maintain detailed documentation, and engage in team discussions for coordinated planning.
  • Champion student needs through advocacy, staff training, and continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
  • Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
  • Delaware SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
