ArbiterSports is a rapidly growing sports software company seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating interest in our platform through targeted prospecting and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate 15 qualified meetings per month via targeted prospecting
  • Hold engaging discussions with prospects and drive them to a meeting on the ArbiterSports platform
  • Maintain a daily outbound activity of 50-70 calls and associated email, LinkedIn, and follow-up outreach to secure opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Minimum of 6-months experience in software sales (within sports or K-12 education a plus)
  • Track record of over-achievement in previous roles
  • Experience with CRM solutions
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite and experience working in a remote desktop environment
What We Offer:

Anticipated Total Compensation: $50-70k
