Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Hopedale area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 job that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct property showings for prospective tenants by traveling to properties and preparing units prior to prospect arrival.">
  • Evaluate property accessibility and security during showings.">
  • Report prospect and property feedback after each showing.">
  • Paid commute time is included in this role.">

• Property Evaluations (optional):">

  • Evaluate property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs.">
  • Assess exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems using Doorstead tooling.">
  • Take detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system.">
  • Work independently and efficiently during evaluations.">

Requirements

• A real estate license is required as company policy but will not be used for any real estate activities.">
• Candidates should have a background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals.">
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.">
• Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor with a positive attitude are necessary for providing excellent customer service.">
• Candidates must be comfortable with frequent local travel and have reliable transportation.">
• A smartphone capable of running our mobile-friendly evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos is also required.">
