About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Links Partners. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives through innovative learning programs.

Job Description

As a Learning and Development Manager for DEI, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive DEI learning programs. Your primary goal will be to create an inclusive and equitable work environment that fosters growth and development among all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement DEI training programs that address topics such as bias, microaggressions, and inclusive leadership
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Professional Development, and Affinity Groups
  • Analyze data to inform DEI learning program strategy and evaluation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
  • Maintain current knowledge of DEI trends and best practices in the legal industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Behavior, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development in professional services, preferably in a law firm
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and DEI concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

What We Offer

Links Partners offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
