Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • One year of full-time experience in acute care setting preferred.
  • Current South Carolina nursing license.
  • BLS (or obtained during orientation).
  • ACLS (or obtained within six months of employment), only in required specialties.
  • PALS (or obtained within six months of employment), only in required specialties.
  • Successful completion of Handle With Care training during orientation.
