Professional Painter

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team at American Senior Communities.

Responsibilities:

• Mix paints and match colors for painting projects.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and repairing as needed.
• Apply paint to surfaces using a variety of techniques and tools.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training.

• $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
