About the Job
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team for a travel nuclear medicine position in Stanford, California. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the field of nuclear medicine.
Estimated Salary
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and be certified in radiography or nuclear medicine. Responsibilities will include preparing radiopharmaceutical agents, administering them to patients, and operating gamma scintillation cameras. The successful candidate will also provide technical support to physicians and researchers, and maintain accurate patient records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
* ARRT (N) National Certification with registration in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB-CNMT
* State-specific licensing when required
* BLS certification
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, and bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty
