Nurse Practitioner

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Job Summary:- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
- Current MA RN license required. Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience is preferred.
- Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred.
- 2 years ED experience preferred.
- CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment.
- ACLS, PALS, and CPI required within first year of employment.
- CEN or CCRN preferred.
