At ST VINCENT FAMILY SERVICES, we are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Program Manager to lead our Day Treatment Program.

Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that clinical staff meet service and documentation requirements. They will also be responsible for developing treatment protocols, monitoring services, and providing quality assurance/improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff in delivering high-quality care to children and families.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including clinical documentation and service delivery data.
  • Collaborate with leadership and external partners to ensure effective service coordination and referrals.
  • Participate in grant writing and research activities to support program development.
  • Monitor budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
  • Licensure or license eligibility in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPCC, or PhD) is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health services for children and adolescents.
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
