  • Interface with patients, family, and physicians on phone and in person.
  • Perform clerical duties and clinical tasks under the direction of a RN.
  • Clean rooms as needed and assist RNs with instructions.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • BLS or CPR required.
  • Nurse Assistant Certification required.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent Clinical Skills appropriate for Patient Care Assistant.
  • Hospital Experience - Preferred.
