Overview


Off The Hook Restaurants is a dynamic and rapidly growing Cajun quick-casual dining chain with a passion for serving authentic flavors to families. We are seeking an Executive Restaurant Manager who can lead our team and drive business growth.



About the Role


The Executive Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and maintain operational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales, trends, and taking corrective actions to achieve financial goals, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, conducting regular performance evaluations, developing and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with the community, and addressing operational challenges promptly.



Requirements



  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
