Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires clinical nursing experience and case management skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinically-based case management to support patient care
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate care
  • Coordinating transitions and planning to meet patients' needs
  • Managing the length of stay and promoting resource utilization
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or a BSN with 10 years of experience in utilization review or case management
  • Current State of New Mexico Registered Nurse licensure
  • Two years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant practice area
