Job Title: Construction Superintendent

About the Role:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial rebuild projects. You will work closely with our customers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality completion, and adhering to construction scopes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience
  • 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong remodeling and restoration experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to move and/or lift 50+ pounds
  • Pass background check and drug screen
