Forklift Operator Job Description

Forge Industrial Staffing is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload merchandise and products, as well as handling and verifying shipments.

Responsibilities:
  • Unload inbound merchandise and products
  • Load outbound merchandise and products
  • Weigh merchandise and products, and get measurements (DIMS)
  • Receive, unpack, check, and verify merchandise and products for accuracy


Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of forklift experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Commitment to performing the job safely and adhering to company safety standards
  • Proficiency in handling forklift operations and material handling
