Laboratory Specialist

At TalentBurst, we are seeking a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team. This is a 2-year contract position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves conducting laboratory procedures across multiple disciplines, including chemistry, coagulation, hematology, immunology, immunohematology, blood gases, urinalysis, microbiology, and phlebotomy. You will be responsible for performing a variety of manual and automated laboratory tests, as well as quality control monitoring to ensure the reliability and accuracy of test results.

As a Laboratory Specialist, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of patients based on laboratory findings. Your expertise will be essential in providing accurate and timely test results that support patient care.

• Bachelor of Science degree in medical laboratory science or a related science
• Board Certified Medical Technologist (ACSP/ AMT) certification
• At least one year of clinical laboratory experience
