Job Description:
As a key member of the Sourcepass Inc. team, the Payroll Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation processing. This hybrid role involves regular commuting to our offices in Wilmington, DE, or Melville, NY, at least 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions, adhering to relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations and labor laws.
• Maintain and update payroll records with any changes in employee status, such as onboarding, promotions, pay increases, transfers, or terminations.
• Collect, review, and process time sheets for US and international employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Issue paychecks and manage direct deposits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Perform reconciliation and analysis of payroll reports to ensure accuracy prior to processing, identifying areas for process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Process and distribute W-2's and year-end reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure alignment of payroll data with employee records, fostering positive employee relations and building trust and morale with the workforce.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities, generating and providing detailed payroll summaries and analyses as required.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end reports and tax filings, staying informed of industry best practices and legislative changes affecting payroll administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies promptly, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Associate's degree preferred, with 5+ years' experience in a Payroll Administration role, including Workday experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects concurrently, with flexibility to work hours outside of regular business hours based on department needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to proficient levels, is required.
