Guest Advocate

About the Role:

We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests, and demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Welcome and thank guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Demonstrate a deep understanding of the store, its products, and services, and provide recommendations to guests

* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas

* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, ensure a seamless shopping experience, and maintain a positive store atmosphere

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales events to effectively engage with guests and drive sales

* Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks its best at all times

* Other duties as assigned by management
