We're seeking a skilled Travel and Expense Associate to join our team at Empower Retirement. As a key member of our financial operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our travel and expense reporting system and corporate card program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the travel and expense system, including setting audit rules, performing routine system maintenance, and administrator tasks.
  • Administer the corporate card program, including ordering and deactivating corporate cards, monitoring past due balances, and resolving system-related issues.
  • Audit travel expense reports in Concur and validate adherence to travel guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist with workflow management in Concur, including monitoring unassigned and unapproved transactions and preparing month-end accrual reports.
  • Work directly with travel expense supplier customer support teams to resolve system-related issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience, or an associate's degree in accounting or a related subject.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and accrual processes.
  • Experience managing a commercial credit card program.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, customer service oriented.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
