Gypsum Delivery Driver

The primary function of a Delivery Driver is to operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies and Federal and State regulations, delivering goods undamaged.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and Maintain Vehicles: Safely inspect the truck/trailer for defects before operation and report any issues.
- Loading and Unloading: Load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites.
- Delivery Operations: Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by customers, prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you.
- Communication: Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and customers.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and a clear three-year Motor Vehicle Report.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and ability to work independently and on a team.
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to remain in a stationary position while driving a commercial vehicle 40% of the time, frequently move materials weighing up to 80 lbs., and work in an outside environment.
- Cognitive Skills: Ability to prioritize job sites and deadlines, manage stress, multitask, and receive information and directions.
