The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and thoughtful CNA or Medical Assistant to join our team in Marinette, WI. This position will require some travel to Green Bay and will involve assisting nursing staff with various tasks, taking vital signs, and providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing staff with tasks such as rooming patients, taking vital signs, and providing direct patient care.
  • Interact with patients and family members in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of care given and follow standard precautions and procedures for decontaminating instruments and equipment.
  • Transport equipment, instruments, linen, and garbage, and perform efficient and appropriate room cleaning procedures.
  • Follow the clinic's policies and procedures, and work in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid certification from an accredited Nursing Assistant program.
  • Certified to perform CNA duties in the state where work is being done.
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Must be computer literate, with EPIC experience a plus.
