Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator and Network Specialist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of our network infrastructure, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Oversee telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage telephone systems, including maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Assist colleagues with hardware and application-related issues, providing prompt and effective technical support.
  • Lead the testing, documentation, and management of our Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in the event of an outage.
  • Monitor and respond to the IT ticketing system, addressing user concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide internal and external computer, network, tablet, and smartphone support, covering a range of technical tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology and knowledge, applying insights to existing and future projects.
  • Set up new devices, including computers, tablets, and phones, configuring them for optimal performance.
  • Diagnostics and repair of computer hardware issues, as well as network and firewall problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in networking, routing, switching, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with VOIP Phone Systems and Virtual Environments and Servers.
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
