Insurance Sales Professional

Jerry, a leading fintech startup in the U.S, is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective customers understand and choose the right insurance policies for them from our 55+ insurance carrier partners.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Selling: Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies.
- Policy Education: Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
- Quote Preparation and Binding: Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
- Problem Solving and Objection Handling: Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with Jerry.
- You can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- You are passionate about helping others.
$18.00-$21.00 per hour (plus uncapped commissions) On target annual earnings: $75,000-$100,000
We will pay for your P&C license (expected within 30 days after starting).

Work Environment: 100% remote, we provide all work equipment needed.
Schedule RequirementsAll schedules are in Eastern Time Zone:
- Schedule 1: Sunday 10am-6pm ET, Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-9pm ET.
- Schedule 2: Tuesday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm ET, Saturday 10am-6pm ET.
- Schedule 3: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm ET.
