Electronics Technician Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electronics Technician Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex electronic systems, including flight simulators and training devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic systems, including troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Use advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems and apply technical guidelines.
- Assemble and maintain training device sub-systems, and generate and address discrepancies.
- Monitor and track repair status of inoperative equipment, and document maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to read and interpret complicated drawings or schematics diagrams.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs.
- Must have the ability to crawl through limited access spaces as part of periodic services, inspections, maintenance, and engineering changes.
- Based on the needs of our training customer, must be willing to travel to various locations and work weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent related training, maintenance, and operations of flight simulators.
- Experience with aviation and simulation systems, and proven hardware and software support experience in a training/modeling and simulation environment.
