Job Summary: Bank of Marin seeks a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to provide top-notch computing and communication support to employees, maintaining Active Directory, tracking helpdesk tickets, and escalating complex issues to relevant teams.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first point of contact for computing and communication systems, delivering exceptional support in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining Active Directory, performing delegated work from the Systems Administrator team, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level technical support to employees, utilizing your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for computing and communication systems, maintaining open communication with users regarding reported issues.
* Maintain accurate records of helpdesk tickets, including telephone calls, sessions, email, and resolution of each issue.
* Elevate complex issues to appropriate resources, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with the Systems Administrator team to maintain Microsoft Active Directory administration and GPO's, DHCP scope, DNS administration.
* Configure, image, and install new or replacement Windows-based PCs, laptops, and network printers.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in computer support, with a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, Local Area and Wide Area Networks.
* Experience with network switches, SD-WAN networks preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
* Strong customer service skills to support technical needs of user group.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Education and Certifications:
* Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training.
* CompTIA A and CompTIA Network Certifications preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
