Training Coordinator for High-Performing Teams

Job SummaryAs a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering high-quality training programs that cater to the needs of our teams. You will work closely with our leadership and subject matter experts to design and implement training curricula that drive business results and enhance employee engagement. Your passion for adult learning, creativity, and collaboration will make you an ideal fit for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities- Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our teams, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation, completion rates, and feedback from employees.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- 6 months of experience in a training or development role, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content that meets diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices in training and development.
At Whole Foods Market, we offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $20.70 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan benefits, store discount, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs. New entry-level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90 days of employment may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.
