**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our team as a Caregiving Professional. In this role, you will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education. You will be responsible for assessing and planning individual treatment programs, implementing medical plans by administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests, and documenting nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurses and other staff members as necessary.
  • Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed.
  • Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.

**Compensation Information**

The estimated salary for this role is $45.38 - $45.38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

To be eligible for this role, you must have a Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment. A minimum of one year of clinic experience is preferred.
