We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at the Hyatt Place Columbus Worthington. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during third shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Registration: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer hotel main telephone line, transfer calls, and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Accounting and Finance: Verify credit card authorizations, collect cash payments, and balance credit card and cash paperwork.
  • Guest Services: Review guest accounts, ensure complete guest satisfaction, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Communication: Constantly communicate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
