Job DescriptionThis role involves:
- Providing evidence-based medical care by examining and treating chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other medical conditions
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive plans of care and ensure seamless transitions between caregivers
- Ensuring accurate patient records through timely documentation and record-keeping practices
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- An active state Nurse Practitioner license
- Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- At least five years of nursing experience, with two years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment, computer-based data management programs, and Microsoft Office applications
