Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at The Gregory Center for Applied Behavior Analysis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct instruction to individuals using ABA therapy techniques to teach communication and life skills.
- Collect data and report on progress to behavior analysts.
- Support clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and relevant parties to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a child or mental health related field, or a High School diploma with no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A compassionate and caring demeanor, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A competitive estimated salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
