As a Creative Framing Specialist at Michaels Arts and Crafts, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, provide personalized service, and showcase your creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
  • Use Elevated ABC Deliver to create memorable framing solutions and deliver sales and production results
  • Complete framing orders with high quality and on time
  • Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas
  • Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they're looking for
  • Follow SOPs and Company programs
  • Support shrink and safety programs
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills and measuring skills
  • Able to operate framing equipment and glass cutter
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail experience
  • Experience selling products or services to customers
Work Environment:
  • Public retail store setting with climate-controlled environments
  • Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled
  • Outdoor work may be required for cart retrieval or truck unloading
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide robust benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.
