The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to meet students' unique needs. This will involve working closely with educators and families to develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support students' emotional and social growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to create personalized IEPs that promote student success.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Connecticut.
  • Preferred experience in school-based settings, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

ProCare Therapy offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$70 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
