Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trials Project Manager to join our team at Houston Methodist Academic Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex research projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and providing guidance to staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of clinical trials and protecting study participants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or life sciences (or relevant field) required; Master's preferred.
  • Five years of experience within the field, with at least one year in a managerial role in healthcare.
  • CCRC (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator) or CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) certification required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance and punctuality.
  • The selected candidate must be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary Information:

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
