About the Opportunity

This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, including prenatal appointments, well-woman exams, acute problems, consultations, and more. You will also have the opportunity to participate in inpatient procedures such as C-sections, hysterectomies, and other complex surgeries.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support. This includes working closely with RNs and Nurse-Midwives in the hospital and pediatric hospitalists to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide treatment in outpatient settings by performing services such as Prenatal appointments, GYN ultrasounds, OB ultrasounds, BPPs, Sonohysterograms, well-woman exams, acute problems, consultations, etc.
  • Participate in inpatient procedures such as C-sections, hysterectomies, Hysteroscopy D+C, etc.
  • Perform deliveries, average census of 14 deliveries/month (1200/year).
  • Rounding on personal patients loads admitted to the birthing center and provide post-surgery support.

  • An estimated annual salary range of $275,000-$330,000 DOE.
  • A $100,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
  • A base salary range that is reflective of the location and industry standards.
  • RVU bonus incentive structure supported.
  • Additional hourly compensation for 24-hour call.
  • Loan Repayment Program available through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and HRSA.
