We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our in-house team at Cherokee Rose Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and provide personalized rehabilitation programs to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques to promote healing and improve function.
  • Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients, family members, and caregivers to promote optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy.
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
