About RCAM Technologies

We are a cleantech startup leading the development of 3D concrete printing technologies to advance renewable energy solutions and create domestic jobs.

Our work supports key renewable energy projects, including floating solar, offshore wind, wave energy, and subsea energy storage, with backing from organizations like the U.S. Department of Energy and National Science Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 3D concrete printing systems and other mechanical equipment
  • Assist in setting up experiments, including material preparation and equipment calibration
  • Carry out hands-on fabrication and assembly of manufacturing equipment and prototypes
  • Monitor and record data during tests and experiments
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and protocols
  • Assist with inventory management, material sourcing, and procurement of supplies
  • Contribute to project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field)
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial, lab, or manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with 3D printing, CNC machining, or other additive manufacturing processes
  • Experience with mechanical tools and equipment (e.g., power tools, machine shop tools)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently when required
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with concrete or construction materials
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of mechanical testing equipment and procedures

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary of $60,000 to $95,000
  • Hybrid work at RCAM Technologies' facility
  • Ten (10) paid holidays per year
