About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Eliassen Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to identify and investigate business and system requirements.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing team of technologists in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous environment, bursting with new technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the global development team, product lead, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, practical requirements/user stories and help prioritize delivery of features.
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of integration tests and quality assurance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in business and systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use case development, story writing, and product documentation.
  • Extremely strong critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems interdependencies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to multiple audiences from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Working knowledge of Java, REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs, with familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS) and SaaS platforms a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and ability to research and learn new technologies.
