Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Residential Project Manager to join our team at Essel. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multi-family residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Collaborate with senior project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize project outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project owners, developers, and vendors

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision, with a strong background in multifamily residential construction
  • Familiarity with local Los Angeles subcontractors and inspectors is preferred
  • Structural concrete and podium experience is required
  • Excellent technical understanding of construction means and methods
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel
