About the Role
Aequor Technologies is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Jackson, MI. This is a 14-week contract, with the option to extend or become permanent.

Job Summary

Salary Information
The estimated gross pay for this role is $10,541.12 per 14 weeks, which translates to approximately $2050.96 per week. We offer competitive compensation packages that reflect your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
This position requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented NICU Registered Nurse who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing individualized patient care to neonates and their families in the NICU.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient plans.
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and make informed decisions.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.


Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A current RN license in the state of Michigan.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a NICU Registered Nurse.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
