HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Houston, TX, is seeking a skilled Emissions Control Specialist to join their safety-focused team at the Valero Refinery Site. As a key member of the industrial cleaning and environmental services team, you will be responsible for utilizing an analyzer and electronic data recorder to accurately monitor components on an assigned route within an industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with Company policies/procedures and maintaining good customer relations through quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
  • Calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance of the analyzer and identifying leaks and processing leak tags.
  • Working under extreme climate conditions, including high heat indexes and subzero temperatures, while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • TWIC clearance.
  • Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting, and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR).
  • Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of RCRA requirements/regulations.
