Insurance Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate life insurance agent to join our expanding team in Cameron, NC.

About the Role:

We need an experienced sales professional with excellent customer service skills to develop our list of prospective clients and onboard new clients. As an insurance agent with PlanRight Financial, you will be responsible for creating a network of potential customers using our qualified lead platform and your own referral efforts. You will also assist in onboarding incoming clients, managing electronic records, and determining new customers' insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a prospective customer base using our qualified lead platform and referrals.
• Onboard incoming clients through appointment booking, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all contracting paperwork is up-to-date.
• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process and supervise current insurance claims.
• Manage electronic records and ensure contracting paperwork is accurate.
• Determine new customers' insurance needs through booked consultations.

Requirements:

• Customer service or sales experience highly valued.
• Background in health insurance or life insurance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
