Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in the Fairfax / Reston, VA region.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

About You
  • You must have a valid CNA license in the state of Virginia.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation are required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
  • English fluency is not required; we welcome bilingual candidates who speak Spanish.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
  • Care for a census of 5-6 patients, providing personalized attention and support.
  • Assist with ADL activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nail care.
  • Provide assistance with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities, as well as frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound residents/patients.
  • Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by the Hospice Nurse.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including changing bed linens and patient laundry.
  • Feed and assist with meals, ensuring patients receive optimal nutrition.
  • Report any changes in resident/patient condition to the Nurse.
Salary & Benefits

As a full-time employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
