**Job Title:** Critical Care Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Vermont.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Job Summary:**
- The Registered Nurse II will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes.
- Communicates need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations.
- Promotes a positive image of nursing and promotes collegiality among healthcare team members.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of a nursing program: diploma, associate degree, or baccalaureate program.
- At least 3 months of experience as a Registered Nurse II.
- Valid and Current Vermont Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Required for hire.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS): OR, PACU, ICU, and ED (ASAP following hire).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP): MCH (ASAP following hire).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): MCH (ASAP following hire).
