About the Role

Ackermann Group is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at the Trellises Apartments in Florence, Kentucky. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and positive experience for prospective residents, managing sales and outreach, and processing apartment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and showcase apartments to prospective residents
  • Proactively manage sales and outreach efforts to convert leads into sales
  • Process apartment applications and lease renewals, and accurately complete all related paperwork
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure timely apartment turnovers
  • Act as an ambassador between the public, residents, and management team, providing quality and value to every client

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is required; leasing and/or sales experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
